Application:

1.Industrial oven is to make use of the electric as heat source, through heating the air by heat exchange and adopting the axial fan as the driving power, the moisture content of hot air materials is reducing so as to realize the purpose of drying. It is wildly used in Rubber, Plastic, Carbon fiber composite,Electronic, manufacture industries for the purpose of drying the material and products.


2.Composite Hot Air Curing Oven is used for curing prepreg carbon fiber parts with vacuum.

During carbon fiber parts are curing in the oven, it needs to pull the air come out with very low pressure. so the oven should be added vacuum valve and vacuum gauge and vacuum port, vacuum line with vacuum pump etc device.

Of course, customers can prepare the vacuum valve and vacuum gauge and vacuum pump etc, we just provide the oven and reserved vacuum ports.

Special configuration:

1.Heating control
The oven can be equipped with Programmed cascade heating control instrument. It can be 30 segment program control, PID automatic adjustment.

2. Multiple channel paperless temperature recorder with thermocouple sensors.
It Can be U disk output, record storage.
