Application

Structure characteristics

1. Exterior is adopted fine powder coating treatment; Inner materials are all SUS304 stainless steel.

2. High temperature resistant long shaft motor, the fan blade is connected with the motor to ensure a large number of hot air circulation in the oven.

3.Thermal insulation material:

Thermal insulation layer of door: Silicone strips forced tight.

Between the inner and outer walls of the equipment are filled with high-temperature resistant aluminum silicate, which is used for heat insulation and heat preservation.

Commonly, one set oven is equipped with one stainless steel flat car, It can be push in or out the oven conveniently.

Loading flat car: two tracks are set in the oven. The flat car runs on the extended track. The load capacity of the flat car is more than 2000kg.
