Structure	1.The hot air ovens adopt both sides air duct out of the wind, horizontal cyclic heating. Heating elements are installed in the air ducts of both sides of the oven, motors are installed on the top of the oven, door buckles are fixed by buckle handle. 2.Internal oven with 2 groove channel, .It is very easy to push in or out the trolley.
Material	Interior material is adopted SUS304 stainless steel plate, Exterior material is made of A3 cold-pressed carbon steel plate with fine powder coating treatment.
Thermal insulation material	1. Thermal insulation layer of door: high temperature resistant silicone strips forced tight (If the temperature over 220 ºC, It should be adopted the aluminum silicate strips) 2.Between the inner and outer walls of the equipment are filled with high-temperature resistant aluminum silicate, which is used for heat insulation and heat preservation.Thickness 100mm.
Standard electrical configuration: (Customers can specify the electrical brand,the price will be negotiated separately)
Temperature controller	LED/LCD/ intelligent/ digital display/temperature controller, temperature control precision is + / - 1 ºC, with the PID adjustment, Automatic temperature control and constant temperature.
Time setting device	HS48S-99.99 Timing device, manual/automatic switch, When the temperature reaches the set temperature, the timing will start. When the time reaches the set range, the heating power will be cut off.
Time alarm device	APT/AD16 Sound and light alarm device, alarm prompt at the end of setting time.
Protection system	Leakage protection, circuit breaker protection, motor overload protection, grounding protection.
Circuit breaker start	The circuit breaker with leakage protection starts to protect all electrical components effectively.
