Usage

The rubber kneader is mainly used for plasticating and mixing rubber and plastics, and also applicable for mixing or kneading sticky materials.

1. Transmission System
The main drive is driven by the main motor through the belt drive, drive the reducer, reducer output shaft through the internal gear sleeve coupling to drive the speed ratio gear to achieve the relative rotational movement of the front and rear rotor, and the reducer is a hard tooth surface reducer (higher than the general manufacturer of the hard tooth surface reducer).

2. Turning device and its transmission system
The tilting motor (three-phase induction motor with electromagnetic braking) drives the worm and worm gear through the cycloidal reducer. The worm wheel is fixed on the front rotor (left bearing sleeve), and the rotation of the worm wheel enables the entire mixing device to rotate and discharge materials by centering on the front rotor axis line (forward). After the mixing chamber is turned over 130° and discharged, the position is restored. The turnover of the mixing chamber is limited by the limit switch, which has high precision and good durability.
