2 Roll Opened Mixing Mill With Stock Blender 
 
Descriptions and advantages of open mixing mill :
1. Roller: made of Nickel, Chrome &Molybdenum alloy chilled cast
iron. Roll surface hardened layer depth is up to 20mm, hardness is
around HS76±2.
2. Roll bearing and seal: double-row cylindrical roller bearing is adopted coupling with thrust bearing, 12pcs bearings for each mixing mill, which could save energy consumption up to 10-15%, lubrication grease consumption reduced by 20-25%.
3. Emergency stop: there are 4-emergency stop button fitted on the frames, press the button if any emergency situation occurs, the roll rotation will not exceed 1/6-1/4 circle and rollers reverse 1/6 to 1/4 circle thereafter within 2 seconds. Other safety device such as pulling rope, foot brake, safety bar and etc. are all available.
4.Stock pan: welded by superior stainless steel plate.
5.Stock blender(optional): motorized type or hydraulic type.
