Full Automatic High Efficiency Compression Molding Press Rubber Machine
1.Usage:
This machine is used for pressing all kinds of rubber model products and thermosetting plastic like as related specifications sealing products, projected rubber, rubber plate and so on. These series products have advantages of big unit area pressure to guarantee high quality of products. We also can provide push pull mold device according to request of rubber products to decease labor strength. Also we can provide manual control and PLC control as customer's request.

2.Product Description:
The press machine is frame structure with below pressing form (upwards). Under the hydraulic pressure, the piston plunger ascends to make hot plate close for getting pressure, while the piston plunger descends (namely hot plate turning on) by deadweight of hot plate, platform and piston plunger to drive working fluid to fuel reserve tank to achieve the aim of descending (namely turning on).
The press is adopted of PLC controller . The automatic control and manual control can be changed.
the vulcanizing time and exhaust number and time can be set in the PLC. if you use auto control type, the plate rising, vulcanizing , exhaust , mould opening is auto cycle. if you adopt manual control , all action must be by hands.
The temperature controller are adopted of digital gauge.
Equipped with double shuttles to mould be in or out , it is drived by motor and reducer with chains
Equipped with mechanical balance lifting gear, to assure the every hydraulic cylinder Synchronous lifting , to remain the hot plate level to prevent uneven thickness and owe pressure.
